Shipping Policy

At Lotus Bottle Art, we are committed to delivering your orders as efficiently as possible, ensuring a smooth and timely experience.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

For non-customized products, we typically process and ship your order within 48 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery usually takes between 5 to 7 working days. Please note that our working days are from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, occasional delays may occur due to public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured, we strive to minimize any disruptions to our delivery schedule.

Shipping Partners

We have partnered with leading courier services across India to ensure reliable delivery for every order. You will receive a tracking ID and the name of our courier partner via email once your order has been dispatched. Additionally, we provide a valid tracking link so you can monitor the status of your shipment and see the expected delivery date.

Shipping Charges (Domestic - India)

  • For prepaid orders over ₹499, shipping is free within India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are available for an additional charge of ₹50 per order, regardless of the cart value.

However, for certain regions, including Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Assam, Manipur, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Puducherry, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu, Ladakh, Lakshadweep, and Tripura, a flat shipping charge of ₹125 applies, irrespective of order value. Please note that the COD option is not available for these locations.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for orders outside India depend on the product’s dimensions and weight. Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will share the shipping cost and delivery timeline based on your location.
