Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Lotus Bottle Art, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Our return, refund, and exchange policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Return Window

You may return or exchange your purchase within 4 days of receiving it. If more than 4 days have passed since delivery, we regret that we cannot offer a return or exchange. We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt to ensure it meets your expectations.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition as it was when you received it. It should include all original packaging and must remain undamaged.

To initiate a return, please have your order ID ready and email us at lotusbottleart@gmail.com. We will guide you through the next steps.

Defective or Missing Items

In case of any product being defective or missing due to our error, please notify us immediately and share photos of the issue within 24 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the matter promptly.

Refund Process

  1. Once we receive your returned item and it has been inspected by our QC team, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your return.

  2. If approved, you have two options:

    • We can issue a credit note for the purchase amount, valid for 90 days, which you can use toward future purchases.
    • You may request a full refund (excluding shipping and COD charges, if applicable).
  3. In cases where a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable or unreachable, and the package is returned to us (Returned to Origin), the customer will need to pay additional shipping charges to reinitiate delivery.


Exchange/Return Conditions

  1. We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. Please remember, as our products are made from upcycled glass bottles, minor imperfections like surface scratches may be present. These do not qualify as defects.

  2. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Delivery times for exchanges may vary based on your location.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Used or damaged products: Items that are not in their original condition or missing parts due to reasons other than our error.
  • Late returns: Items returned more than 4 days after delivery.
  • Custom and personalized products: We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-designed products.
  • Sale items: Items purchased from the SALE section are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please inform us at lotusbottleart@gmail.com with your order ID. We will cancel your order and issue a credit note for the full amount.

Please note:

  • No cancellations are accepted for orders that have already been dispatched.
  • Orders under discounts or promotions are not eligible for cancellation.
